To register as a Delegation to attend a Council Meeting, please complete our Delegation Registration form.

Individuals who submit letters and other information to Council and its Committees should be aware any personal information contained within their communications may become part of the public record and may be made available through the agenda process which includes publication on the Municipality's website.

Pursuant to Leamington Council's Procedural By-law 289-13, presentations by Delegations must be kept to a maximum of 5 minutes unless prior arrangements are made with the Clerk.

Upon receipt of your Delegation Request, you will be contacted by our Clerk's Department to confirm your attendance.

Registration Deadlines

  • Delegation regarding a general matter, 12:00 noon on Thursday preceding the Council Meeting 
  • Delegation regarding a report on the current Council Agenda,
    12:00 noon on Monday of the Council Meeting date
