The Cemeteries Department is responsible for three (3) active Cemeteries within the Municipality of Leamington. We are also responsible for several Pioneer and abandoned Cemeteries. Our three major active Cemeteries are:
- Albuna Cemetery
- Bayview Cemetery
- Lakeview Cemetery
Many people today have a great interest in Genealogy. Cemeteries are a major source of information for tracing our pasts. The following links are also great sources of information in researching your ancestors in the Province of Ontario, as well as the rest of Canada and globally. At present we are working on a solution for families to view our Cemetery records online, it is our hope this will happen in the near future. We do take email requests that take time to process and research. We encourage you to follow these other useful links for the time present.
