SPECIAL EVENTS APPLICATION
Please complete the attached Special Events / Parade Application form and return it, along
with the required map to the Municipal Office at least 30 days prior to the event.
Copies of the application will then be circulated to the applicable departments for their approval afterwhich
you will receive confirmation that your event and parade route has been approved.
When submitting your application, please include a copy of the route you will be taking. Below is a link to the
a Leamington Map which you can use to outline your route.
