Encroachment Permits are required when working in the municipal right-of-way or when crossing municipality property.
Encroachment Permits for Driveways
Installing new driveways or upgrading existing driveways also require encroachment permits.

Entrance Permits
Inquiries with regard to creating or upgrading an entrance/driveway in the rural area should be directed to the Drainage Superintendent.
