Development Charges
Development Charges provide for the recovery of development costs related to new growth and to pay for increased capital costs required because of increased needs for services arising from development. Enhancements and improvements will be required to the various municipal services currently provided over the next 20 years. Services include administrative, protective, road, sanitary sewers and water.
