Planning Applications

When submitting a planning application, the applicant should approach the Planner of the Municipality to engage in an informal discussion to explain the proposed application being contemplated.  The informal discussion should provide the applicant with procedural direction about processing the application as well as determining planning policies under which the application can be considered.

Building Permit Applications

The Municipality regulates the location, construction, alteations, repairs and maintenance of all signs and other advertising devices and the posting of notices on buildings or vacant lots within the Municipality.

Drainage Applications

The Drainage Act provides a procedure or mechanism whereby landowners can obtain solutions to their drainage problems.  Any questions with regards to the Drainage Maintenance Form or Request for Repair and Petition Form under the Drainage Act, should be directed to the Drainage Superintendent.
