Finance and Business Services is responsible for the delivery of direct services to the citizens of Leamington and the provision of support services to the Municipal Corporation.

Accounting Department

The Accounting Department is responsible for day to day operations including billing and collection of property taxes and other revenues, accounts payable, payroll, cash management, investments, grant claims and general ledger account reconciliations and balancing.  In addition the department is responsible for preparation and monitoring of the operating budget, audit and financial reporting.

Information Technology Department

The Information Technology Department is responsible for computing and network operating environments including technology infrastructure (such as networks, computers, printers, copiers, cell phones, blackberries) and applications for all data and voice communications, website administration, Community connectivity and disaster recovery.

Financial Analysis Department

The Financial Analysis Department is responsible for Capital Asset inventory, Capital Accounting and Budgeting, Purchasing and Insurance/Risk Management.
