Failing to stop for a school bus $485.00 6 points
Following too closely $110.00 4 points
Failing to report an accident $110.00 3 points
Improper passing $110.00 3 points
Failing to yeild right of way to pedestrian $110.00 3 points
Driving on wrong side of road $110.00 3 points
Improper turns (right or left) $110.00 2 points
Failing to signal $110.00 2 points
Failing to lower high beam headlights $110.00 2 points
Driver- fail to wear seat belt $110.00 2 points
Driver- fail to ensure passenger under 16

Speeding Offences
1 to 19 KMH over posted limit $2.50 per Km.
20 to 34 KMH over posted limit $3.75 per Km.
35 to 49 KMH over posted limit $6.00 per Km.
50 KMH and over No out of court settlement, mandatory court appearance.
