Photography Policy:
By participating in public events held in conjunction with the Leamington Kinsmen Recreation Complex/Dept of Culture & Recreation Services, all participants grant the Municipality of Leamington the right to print, publish, broadcast, and use photographs in any manner deemed appropriate. This usage includes, but is not limited to, the World Wide Web and all other advertising materials. Participant’s photo/ name could be used for public information without additional consideration or compensation.
