July 27-29 War of 1812 Celebrations
The battle field is set for an evening of re-enactments. Join us on Sat. July 28th, the evening opens with a tribute to our "First Nations". With a grassdance cermony, men and women perform to show how vigorous life is. The Traditional dance honours groundedness, faith, & honour.The total show is 30 - 45 min.
Narration on each dance by MC Mr. Dennis Whiteye; Fancy Feather International Champion dancer, the Traditional Drum is manned by 5 singers with a total of 6 songs & 6 dancers; a total troupe of 11 performers.
