Municipal LogoOn Tuesday, September 24, 2019, Council approved Consent Application B-20-19 to sever 2 acres of land from the property at 1331 Mersea Road 1 and add it to the abutting vacant farm to the west. Concurrently, Zoning By-law Amendment Application ZBA #193 was approved and By-law 51-19 was passed to rezone the retained parcel from Agricultural General (A1) to Agricultural Hobby Farm (A3) to reflect the size of the parcel.
