The Municipality of Leamington has initiated a Municipal Class Environmental Assessment (MCEA) study to enhance the performance of its wastewater infrastructure, ensuring it can meet the needs of Leamington’s growing community over the next 20 years. Public Information Centre: Margaret, Audrey, Jane, Claire and Sherk Sewer Separation Project

The Municipality of Leamington is hosting a Public Information Centre (PIC) to discuss the upcoming sewer separation project on Margaret Street, Audrey Street, Jane Street, Claire Street, and Sherk Street. This is part of the Municipality’s ongoing sewer separation program aimed at improving infrastructure and services in the community.

Residents and property owners are encouraged to attend the PIC to view construction plans, discuss impacts and provide feedback.

Notice of Refusal Zoning By-law Amendment No. 323 – 151 Robson Road

Leamington Council held a public meeting on Tuesday, October 22, 2024, to consider Zoning By-law Amendment (ZBA) No. 323. The application was refused, and By-law 92-24 to amend Zoning By-law 890-09, as amended, was also refused by Council.

 ZBA No. 323 sought to rezone 151 Robson Road from a Residential (R1) Zone to a Residential (R5) Zone.
