Leamington Council held a public meeting on Tuesday, July 9, 2024, for consideration of Zoning By-law Amendment (ZBA) No. 307 and Official Plan Amendment (OPA) No. 25. The applications were approved and By-law 52-24 to amend Zoning By-law 890-90, as amended, was passed by Council.

Leamington Council held a public meeting on Tuesday, July 9, 2024, to consider Zoning By-law Amendment (ZBA) No. 309. The application was approved and By-law 53-24 to amend Zoning By-law 890-90, as amended, was passed by Council.

The purpose of ZBA No. 309 is to re-zone the subject property from Residential Zone (R2) to a site-specific Residential Zone (R2-18) to permit a multi-unit dwelling containing four dwelling units.
