The Municipality of Leamington is seeking applicants who wish to be appointed to the Election Compliance Audit Committee. Election Compliance Audit Committees are required under the Municipal Elections Act, 1996 to consider applications requesting audits of candidates’ and registered third party advertisers campaign finances. Committees may be required to appoint auditors and determine if legal proceedings are required as a result of the auditors’ reports, or reports from the Clerk.

Contractors working on behalf of the Municipality of Leamington will be undertaking road reconstruction and storm sewer installation on Seacliff Drive East beginning Monday, July 11.
During construction, Seacliff Drive East, from Cherry Lane to Seneca Road, will be reduced to a single lane of traffic for approximately eight weeks. Motorists should expect delays and are asked to use alternative routes whenever possible.
All work operations and lane closures are weather dependent and subject to change.
