Notice of the Passing of a Zoning By-Law Amendment ZBA No.226 - 633 Highway 77

Council held a public meeting on April 13, 2021, for consideration of Zoning By-law Amendment No. 226. Water and Waste Water Billing Change

The Municipality of Leamington has assumed the billing process of the water and waste water utility services from our contracted partners at Essex Powerlines Corporation. These services include issuing bills for water consumption and waste water charges, reading water meters, and handling requests to turn on or off water services. The change is automatic – no action is required unless residents would like to sign up for pre-authorized payments with the Municipality.

Notice of Complete Application and Public Meeting to Consider a Zoning By-law Amendment - 633 Highway 77

Take notice that the Municipality of Leamington has received a complete Temporary Use By-law Amendment Application (ZBA No. 226) to be considered by Council under the provisions of Section 39 of the Planning Act, R.S.O. 1990 c.P. 13.

And further that Council will hold a public meeting to consider the application which applies to the lands located at 633 Highway 77.
