Uptown CIP Grant Approval - Central 33

The Municipality of Leamington is pleased to announce the approval of an Uptown Community Improvement Plan (CIP) Grant for the owners of 33 Princess Street also known as Central 33.
The project includes cleaning and repainting of the exterior façade, along with energy efficient and barrier-free accessibility upgrades to the existing elevator system.
It is anticipated this grant will assist the ongoing efforts to improve and revitalize Leamington's uptown core.

Uptown CIP Grant Approval - 25 Talbot Street West

The Municipality is pleased to announce the approval of an Uptown Community Improvement Plan (CIP) Grant for the owners of Final Touch Hair Care Services located at 25 Talbot Street West.
The improvement project includes the installation of safety and fire protection systems; a new floor to improve barrier free accessibility; improvements to the electrical, ventilation, heating and plumbing supply systems; and energy efficiency upgrades.
