At the Special Council meeting held on July 27, 2020, Council:

• Approved a Zoning By-law Amendment to rezone 721 Mersea Road 5, CieloVista Farms, from Agricultural Residential Zone to Agricultural General Zone. Dr. Wajid Ahmed, Medical Officer of Health, has rescinded a Boil Water Advisory for Union Water Supply System users in the Municipality of Leamington, specifically:

• Mersea Road 10, between Highway 77 and Kent Road 1
• Mersea Road 12 (addresses 958 to 1018 Mersea Road 12)
• Kent Road 1 (addresses 949 to 1019 Kent Road 1)

Leamington Smart Water Meter Network Project Update

The Smart Water Meter Network Project is almost complete with approximately 225 meters left to replace. The Municipality of Leamington will be working on these meter exchanges over the upcoming months with an estimated completion date of December 2020.
