Temporary Road Closures and Parking Restrictions for Special Events

A series of special events are planned for the community to celebrate Leamington's 150th anniversary. On Saturday, June 29, and Sunday, June 30, 2024, events will occur in the uptown area.
The Municipality of Leamington will implement temporary road closures and parking restrictions to ensure everyone's safety and enjoyment.

At the Leamington Council meeting of Tuesday, June 11, 2024, Council:
- Approved an application to create a surplus dwelling lot, rezoned the severed lot to recognize the residential use of the lot and rezoned the retained farm parcel to prohibit residential uses and buildings at 509 Mersea Road 10.
- Approved an application to sever land at 431 Mersea Road 10 and add it to the existing farm parcel at 433 Mersea Road 10 and rezoned severed lands to recognize the agricultural use and residential use...

Leamington Waterfront Promenade Bike Path Completed

The Municipality of Leamington is pleased to announce the completion of a dedicated bike path on the waterfront promenade, extending from the Leamington Marina to the dock. This new addition is designed to enhance the safety and enjoyment of all waterfront users while improving accessibility for everyone.
