Mandatory Mask By-Law Comes into Effect in Leamington

Leamington Council has passed a by-law making it mandatory to wear a cloth mask in indoor public spaces within the Municipality of Leamington. This is an added health measure to reduce the risk of further COVID-19 infections as additional businesses and services begin to reopen in the community.

Leamington Awarded Grain Rescue Equipment by Corteva Agriscience Canada and the Canadian Agricultural Safety Association

The Municipality of Leamington is pleased to announce that it has been awarded grain rescue equipment by the Canadian Agricultural Safety Association (CASA), in partnership with Corteva Agriscience Canada.

  • Receive a report with regard to the return to use and gradual and safe re-opening of Nature Fresh Farms Recreation Centre.

This week, Medical Officers of Health in Chatham-Kent and Windsor-Essex identified the Low German speaking community as having a surge of COVID-19 positive cases. Like other groups that have been identified in the past with the same risk, it is important to understand that this is a health issue.
