Council Considers - January 28, 2020

Council will consider the following reports and matters at its upcoming Council meeting to be held on Tuesday, January 28, 2020:

Notice of Passing By-law 01-20 for 419 and 429 Mersea Road 8

On Tuesday, January 14, 2020, Council approved Zoning By-law Amendment No. 205 to change the zoning of the residential lots at 419 and 429 Mersea Road 8 from Agricultural Residential (A5) to Agricultural General (A1).  The lots are to be consolidated with the abutting farm and developed as part of a new greenhouse operation.

At the Council meeting held on Tuesday, January 14, 2020, Council:
