Leamington Announces Completion of Serenity Trail in Support of Erie Shores Hospice

The Municipality of Leamington in collaboration with Sterling Acre Farms Limited is pleased to announce the completion of the Serenity Trail in support of the new Erie Shores Hospice.

The Municipality of Leamington has completed construction of the Serenity Trail along a 1 kilometre section of the former rail lands located north of Smith Avenue and west of Elliott Street.  Serenity Trail now connects the new Erie Shores Hospice to Leamington’s existing trail network.

Uptown CIP Grant Approval - Central 33

The Municipality of Leamington is pleased to announce the approval of an Uptown Community Improvement Plan (CIP) Grant for the owners of 33 Princess Street also known as Central 33.

The project includes cleaning and repainting of the exterior façade, along with energy efficient and barrier-free accessibility upgrades to the existing elevator system.

It is anticipated this grant will assist the ongoing efforts to improve and revitalize Leamington's uptown core.
