At the Council meeting held on November 12, 2019, Council:
- Held a Public Meeting regarding ZBA #200 and Consent Application B-30-19 - Lot Addition – 457 Mersea Road 21. Council approved the application to add a triangular shaped parcel of land from 457 Mersea Road 21 to the abutting vacant hobby farm to the north and to rezone the property to an Agricultural Hobby Farm.
- Held a Public Meeting under the Drainage Act and approved the amended Engineer’s Report regarding the Debergh Drain Realignment.

Today, Enbridge Gas Inc. and the Municipality of Leamington announced they are working together to improve home safety and bring fire and carbon monoxide-related deaths down to zero.

At the public meeting on October 22, 2019 Council approved By-law 59-19 adopting Official Plan Amendment No. 6 (OPA No. 6) to change the land use designation of property at 9 and 13 Foundry Street from Residential to Highway 77 Corridor Commercial District.
