Notice of Intent to Pass a By-law to Remove a Holding (H) Symbol – Phase 3 Destiny Estates

Leamington Council will consider passing a by-law to remove the Holding (H) Symbol from lands within Phase 3 of the Destiny Estates Plan of Subdivision at the regular meeting of Council on Tuesday, November 29, 2022.  Removal of the Holding (H) Symbol will allow building permits to be accepted and issued for the permitted residential development.
