Leamington Council held a public meeting on January 28, 2024, to consider Zoning By-law Amendment (ZBA) No. 331. The application was approved, and By-law No. 07-25 to amend Zoning By-law 890-90, as amended, was passed by Leamington Council.

The Municipality of Leamington remains committed to addressing the community's need for attainable and affordable housing.
