  • Consider providing municipal approval for the proposed Evergreen Memorial Park mausoleum expansion at 366 Talbot Street West, Leamington. 

  • Consider the purchase of a new 101’ Aerial Platform Fire Truck through City View Specialty Vehicles for the Canadian purchase price of $2,770,000 (plus HST) through the Canoe Procurement Buying Group of Canada.

The Municipality of Leamington continues to collect leaf piles throughout urban areas, and crews have been out nearly every weekday, except when required to respond to snow and winter maintenance operations.

Please note that leaf collection trucks are also used as snow plows. During periods of snowfall or winter weather, these trucks are reassigned to ensure roads remain safe and passable.

Project Update: Queens, John, Albert, Baird, and Elliott Sewer Separation Project

The Municipality of Leamington is advising residents and motorists that infrastructure improvements are nearing completion for the Queens Avenue, John Street, Albert Street, Baird Avenue, and Elliott Street Sewer Separation Project.

Improvements and paving have been completed on all streets. Crews are currently completing restoration and finishing work on Elliott Street, and as a result, Elliott Street is open to local traffic only at this time.

Project Update: Seacliff Drive West Sanitary Sewer Extension and Roundabout Construction

The Municipality of Leamington is advising residents and motorists that Seacliff Drive West remains closed while construction continues on the Seacliff Drive West Reconstruction and Roundabout Construction Project.

Paving work is expected to take place next week, weather permitting. Once paving and line painting are complete, the road is anticipated to reopen to traffic during the week of December 22, 2025. At that time, all road-closure signage will be removed to indicate that the roadway is open...
