Growth & Development

Regional Alliance Windsor Essex
The Regional Alliance Windsor Essex is an organization of local government and support groups for entrepreneurs and companies in the Windsor-Essex region. The Regional Alliance's business support network is a comprehensive guide to grants, loans, training, and all other business support services available in Leamington and the broader region.
Invest WindsorEssex
Invest WindsorEssex is responsible for advancing economic development to grow and sustain prosperity in the Windsor-Essex region. The focus of the organization is to retain, expand, attract and help new businesses start up in the Windsor-Essex region. Services include site selection support, networking opportunities, education, seminars/workshops relevant to local businesses, and information on available government funding and services.
 Small Business & Entrepreneurship Centre (SBEC) 
Located in both Windsor and Essex, the SBEC provides entrepreneurs with the support to start and grow successful businesses. Services include complimentary small business information, advice and consultation, business plan support, research assistance, business development workshops, mentoring and networking opportunities, and guidance on registering a business and information on government requirements and programs.
Leamington Self Employment Services
The Self Employment Assistance (SEA) Office is a provincially funded government program administered by St. Clair College for the Ministry of Training, Colleges and Universities, Employment Ontario.  The SEA Office assists persons who are Employment Insurance eligible and who want to start and operate their own business. The SEA Office supports all types of businesses; sole proprietorships, partnerships and corporations. They offer assistance in business plan development, business administration classes and one-on-one consulting in accounting, advertising and graphic design, bookkeeping, business coaching, business law, marketing, and sales. Community Futures Essex County is a not-for profit organization dedicated to providing business financing and counseling to entrepreneurs. For more information, please call 519-776-4611.

Representation

Leamington District Chamber of Commerce 
The Leamington Chamber represents the voice of local businesses at the local, provincial, and national levels. Representing nearly 300 member firms in the Leamington area, the Chamber offers marketing opportunities, networking and educational events, and advocacy support. With a number of events each year, there is something for everyone. Events range from education and training sessions to networking events, both large and small.
Tourism Windsor Essex Pelee Island 
Tourism Windsor Essex Pelee Island (TWEPI) is the official Destination Marketing Organization for the regional tourism industry. They are a not-for-profit organization that is dedicated to promoting and selling Windsor, Essex and Pelee Island as a remarkable destination for tourists, convention goers, and business travelers.
Uptown Leamington BIA 
The Uptown Leamington Business Improvement Area represents more than 200 businesses in the core of our community. The BIA is committed to developing the uptown core of Leamington through beautification, general improvements, and upgrades, and supporting local business through promotion, events and marketing. The Uptown is the heart of our community, and the BIA works to keep our thriving, prosperous, and fun.

BizPal
BizPaL helps entrepreneurs generate a personalized list of the Permits and Licences they need, for all levels of government, to grow or start up their business. When you launch the application, you will be asked to answer a series of brief questions. Your answers will generate a customized list of permits and licences that may be reuqired by municipal, provincial and federal governments.
