2025 Seasonal Dockage Online Payments - Payment for your dockage can be made by clicking the payment button. A 3% fee will be assessed for ease of convenience. Cash payments are no longer accepted; Visa or MC only. With direct access to the lake and no bridges to interrupt an enjoyable day on the water; Leamington Marina offers boaters a quick escape to the islands in southwest Lake Erie. The Marina offers 242 permanent slips and 50 transient docks for boats ranging in size; 18-70Ft. in length. The harbour has an average depth of approximately 6-11Ft. All docks include; 30 or 50 amp electricity with water; there are no un-serviced docks. Rates are based upon; availability, the dock length or the boat size whichever is greater. If you are interested in renting a dock please complete the application above or stop in and see us for a more personal tour of our facilities. Proof of watercraft liability insurance is required for all leases. Fees are based upon; availability, insured boat length overall (includes bow pulpit and swim platform) or the slip whichever is greater, and as set out in the Fees By-law. Boat sizes are rounded; e.g. A 27.6Ft. boat is considered 28Ft. Beginners Guide to Boating Application for a Boating License Aerial image of harbour & layout Discounted Rates - available for the following boat sizes; proof of boat size is required.15Ft.-18Ft. - Customers who own a boat in this size category pay a flat fee of $875.00 + tax. 19Ft.-25Ft. - Customers who own a 25Ft. boat or smaller can avail of a significantly reduced rate per foot. Normal rate is $55/Ft. Boats in the 19Ft.-25Ft. range can dock for $47/Ft. a savings of $8/Ft. E.g. A 22Ft. boat will pay 22 x $47/Ft. + utilities + tax. Weekday dockage includes overnight dockage Sunday through Thursday, inclusive. Currently there are no mid-week specials; (regular overnight dockage rates will apply). Cash payments are no longer accepted; Visa, MC or Debit only. |
| Weekend Dockage |

Weekend dockage includes overnight on Friday and Saturday. Transient fee is $2.35 per foot plus taxes. Cash payments are no longer accepted; Visa, MC or Debit only. |
