How to rent the pavilion

The first step in the process is to review the Special Event Guide and relevant appendices and then complete the pavilion rental application form. This will assist Event Organizers in determining what licences, permits, etc. are required in order to hold a Special Event in the Municipality of Leamington. The Marina Pavilion is primarily used for marina and community special events, but may also be rented for fundraising, baby/bridal showers, family reunions, church and school functions. Wedding ceremonies, receptions and bachelor type parties are not permitted. Boaters who rent a dock for the full season are permitted one complimentary rental. All rentals must purchase and provide a copy of insurance for their event. 

Pavilion rentals include            

All rentals include tables and chairs, fridges, a portable hot water sink and one side has band stage area. A natural gas barbeque unit is also available. There is seating outside on the back deck adjacent to the lake for 150 additional guests. All table linens, chair coverings, cutlery, plates and serving dishes are the responsibility of the renter. There is no kitchen area and washrooms are accessed from the marina main office. 

Seasonal Dockage Application

With direct access to the lake and no bridges to interrupt an enjoyable day on the water; Leamington Marina offers boaters a quick escape to the islands in southwest Lake Erie. The Marina offers 242 permanent slips and 50 transient docks for boats ranging in size; 18-70Ft. in length. The harbour has an average depth of approximately 6-11Ft. All docks include; 30 or 50 amp electricity with water; there are no unserviced docks. Rates are based upon; availability, the dock length or the boat size whichever is greater. Proof of watercraft liability insurance is required for all leases. Fees are based upon; availability, insured boat length overall (includes bow pulpit and swim platform) or the slip whichever is greater, and as set out in the Fees By-law. Boat sizes are rounded; e.g. A 27.6Ft. boat is considered 28Ft.

Discounted Rates - available for the following boat sizes; proof of boat size is required.

15Ft.-18Ft. - Customer who own a boat in this size category pay a flat fee of $750.00 + tax. 

19Ft.-25Ft. - Customers who own a 25Ft. boat or smaller can avail of a significantly reduced rate per foot. Normal rate is $50/Ft. Boats in the 19Ft.-25Ft. range can dock for $40/Ft. a savings of $10/Ft. E.g. A 22Ft. boat will pay 22 x $40/Ft. + utilities + tax. When inquiring refer to the "Boat Smart Rate".

Weekday Dockage Application

Weekday dockage includes overnight dockage Sunday through Thursday, inclusive. To save on regular marina rates, we are offering a mid-week deal for 3 nights. The mid-week special must be booked in advance and cannot be combined with any other offer. Boaters who stay 2 nights and decided to stay a third cannot apply the mid-week package (Regular charges will apply).

Weekend Dockage Application 

Weekend dockage includes overnight on Friday and Saturday.  Transient fee is $2.00 per foot plus taxes.
