Type of rentals

The Marina Pavilion is primarily used for marina and community special events, but may also be rented for fundraising, baby/bridal showers, family reunions, church and school functions. Only boaters who rent a dock for the full season are permitted one complimentary rental. Terms and conditions apply to all rentals.

Weddings, bachelor or bachelorette parties or similar type events are not permitted.

The pavilion can seat 250 guests and a curtain divides the room so two rentals may occur at the same time. The east side has seating for 100 and stage for band performances. The west side has seating for 150.

How to rent the pavilion

The first step in the process is to review the Special Event Guide and relevant appendices and then complete and submit the pavilion booking application form. This will assist Event Organizers in determining what licences, permits, etc. are required in order to hold a Special Event in the Municipality of Leamington. 

Pavilion rentals include            

All rentals include tables and chairs, fridges and a portable hote water sink. A natural gas barbeque unit is also available should you wish to have a barbeque. There is seating outside on the back deck adjacent to the lake for 150 additional guests. All table linens, chair coverings, cutlery, plates and serving dishes are the responsibility of the renter. There is no kitchen area and washrooms are accessed from the marina main office.
