Council Considers – August 10, 2021
Leamington Council will hold an electronic Council meeting on August 10, 2021 at 6:00 PM to consider the following reports:
- Court of Revision Appeal Hearing regarding the New Access Culverts over 4th Concession Road Drain.
- A Public Meeting under the Planning Act regarding Zoning By-law Amendment No. 233, 458 Mersea Road 21 to permit a second dwelling unit within the existing single detached dwelling as well as establish zone provisions related to the second dwelling unit.
- A Public Meeting under the Planning Act regarding Zoning Amendment Application ZBA No. 235, 250 Oak Street East, MZM Development & Resources Inc. to change the zoning on the subject lands from Commercial Highway Zone to Commercial Shopping Centre to establish permitted uses and parking space requirements for the existing plaza.
- A Public Meeting under the Municipal Act regarding the Property Tax Adjustments for 2021.
- Approving all the municipal works installed in the Subdivision Assumption, Golfwood Lakes Development Phase 1.
- Approving/Denying the request to waive the Amphitheatre Fees by Showtime Productions.
- Approving the Building Permits Change of Use Policy regarding Boarding/Rooming Houses.
- Awarding the 2021 Crack Sealing Program Tender to Shepley Road Maintenance.
- Accepting the Honey Family Foundation Grant and approving the reconstruction of Mersea Park.
