Council Considers - January 15, 2019

Council will consider the following reports and matters at its upcoming Council meeting to be held on Tuesday, January 15, 2019:

• A Court of Revision will be held to consider the schedules of assessment outlined in the Engineer’s Report for the new diversion channel and improvements over the Sturgeon Creek Drain;

• An Economic Development and Tourism Annual Report for information purposes;

• Options regarding amendments to the Business Licensing By-law;

• Appointment of an alternate member of County Council when the Mayor or Deputy Mayor are unable to attend a meeting;

• A new Greenhouse Water Allocation By-law limiting water allocation for all restricted greenhouses in Leamington;

• A Code of Conduct for members of Council and local boards, a Council and Staff Relationship Policy and a Request for Proposal for an Integrity Commissioner.
