Council Considers – January 31, 2023

At the Leamington Council meeting of Tuesday, January 31, 2023, Council will:

  • Hold a Court of Revision under the Drainage Act to consider the following matters:
    • Updated Maintenance Schedule of Assessment for the Gorrell Drain.
    • Realignment of the Robert Anderson Drain.
    • Installation of a new access bridge over the Coulson Drain.
    • Installation of new access bridges over the East Part of the West Part of the Reid Drain.
    • Installation of a new access bridge over the Bailey Drain.
    • Installation of a new access bridge over the 9th Concession Drain.
  • Consider a report regarding 2022 Annual Drainage Scheme Meetings and the appointment of Drainage Commissioners.
  • Consider accepting the municipal services installed in the Destiny Estates Subdivision Phase 3, which includes sidewalks, surface course of asphalt,  final pavement markings, and amending the Traffic By-law to reflect the existing no parking, no stopping and stop controls that have already been installed.
  • Consider accepting the municipal services installed in the Destiny Estates Subdivision Phase 2, which include sidewalks, surface course of asphalt, and final pavement markings.
  • Consider establishing the reserve blocks on Destiny Drive as an open and public highway.
  • Consider accepting the municipal services installed in the Golfwood Lakes Subdivison Phase 2.
  • Consider a report regarding the Appointment of Alternate Council member to County Council.
