Council Considers - March 26, 2019

Council will consider the following matters at its upcoming Council meeting to be held on Tuesday, March 26, 2019: 

• Receive a presentation by Mothers Against Drunk Driving (MADD) regarding the County Campaign - 911 Program;
• Receive a presentation from Leamington Triathlon Weekend and Southern Footprints asking Council to consider waiving fencing fees;
• Award a maintenance tender project for Sloan Drain & Branches;
• Award a tender for Coronation Sewer Separation program;
• Receive 2018 annual report for the Leamington Municipal Heritage Advisory Committee;
• Consider exempting lots in Southwinds Estate Subdivision from part lot control;
• Grant permanent and temporary easements to Hydro One Networks Inc. on three properties located on Concession 5 and 6 for the purpose of either right of way or for the purpose of constructing a temporary access road to allow for construction.
