Council Considers – November 14, 2023

At the Leamington Council meeting of Tuesday, November 14, 2023, Council will:

• Consider an agreement with 157647 Ontario Limited regarding a non-exclusive right-of-way use along Mersea Road 12 from Lake Erie to County Road 20 to provide water for field irrigation.

• Consider a Notice Policy, being a policy relating to the provision of notice to the public.

• Consider a right of access within the road allowance of Mersea Road 7, across the municipal trail, to Leamington Area Drip Irrigation Inc. to construct additional segments of watermains for greenhouse growth.

• Consider a purchase order to Spaans Babcock Inc. in the amount of $109,350 excluding HST upon approval of shop drawings for the Archimedes screw pumps and associated equipment.

• Consider a Development Control Agreement between Keepsake Land Development Ltd. and the Municipality for the development of the Keepsake subdivision and the naming of the requested street as Vista Isle Avenue.

• Consider a Municipal Insurance Brokerage Services contract with Hub International Ontario Limited.
