Council Considers - November 26, 2018

Council will consider the following reports and matters at its upcoming Council meeting to be held on Monday, November 26, 2018:

• Five (5) public meetings will be held for the following matters:
  • To consider the Engineer’s Report for the Sturgeon Creek Drain Diversion Channel and Drain Improvements;
  • To consider consent applications B-33-18 and B-34-18 and Zoning By-law Amendment #176 regarding 209 Mersea Road 6;
  • To consider Zoning By-law Amendment #177 regarding 118 and 120 Erie Street South;
  • To consider Zoning By-law Amendment #181 regarding 875 Highway 77;
  • To consider Zoning By-law Amendment #182 regarding 709 Mersea Road 11;

• Receive a presentation regarding the Communities in Bloom Awards and Leamington Profile Book;

• Adopt changes in assessment to the Robert Anderson Drain for parcel 680-05300;

• Appoint an engineer to prepare an Engineer’s Report for a replacement access culvert on the Jefferson Wiper Drain;

• Receive a report regarding the installation of a portable classroom at East Mersea Public School;

• Consider authorizing easements to the County of Essex to allow for the location of a leachate forcemain.
