Council Considers - November 9, 2021

Leamington Council will hold an electronic Council meeting on November 9, 2021 at 6:00 PM. Council will:

  • Hold a Public Meeting under the Planning Act regarding application for a Zoning By-law Amendment at 124 Oak Street to permit an automobile impound yard.
  • Hold a Public Meeting under the Planning Act regarding application for a Zoning By-law Amendment to amend the site-specific zoning from Commercial Shopping Centre Zone (C3-3) to (C3-8) for property located at 297 Erie Street South.
  • Consider a request to amend Notice of Decision to add acres of land fronting the north side of Mersea Road 11.
  • Receive the 2021 Annual Report regarding activities and expenses of the Committee of Adjustment.
  • Consider awarding the Leamington Pollution Control Centre Turbo Blower Upgrade Tender to Vollmer Inc. in the amount of $1,140,597 plus applicable taxes.
  • Consider the authorization of the partial abandonment to Jones Sideroad Drain for installation of a new access.
  • Consider a new Corporate Visual Identity Guide and adopt a Visual Identity Standards Policy.
  • Considering a Lease Extension and Amending Agreement for the police facilities located at 7 Clark Street West, Leamington occupied by the Ontario Provincial Police.
  • Consider a report and by-law to establish a daylight corner at Cherry Lane to Regatta Drive, being part of the Seacliff Drive reconstruction project.
