Council Considers – September 13, 2022
Leamington Council will hold a hybrid Council meeting on Tuesday, September 13, 2022 at 6:00 PM. Council will:
- Hold a Public Meeting under the Drainage Act to consider the following matters:
- Lundy Drain bridge works; and
- Bert Pulley Drain Southside Extension abandonment.
- Hold a Public Meeting under the Planning Act to consider the following matters:
- Zoning By-Law Amendment Application No. 238 related to 824, 828, and 834 Mersea Road 4 and 2 abutting farm parcels; and
- Official Plan Amendment Application No. 14 and Zoning By-law Amendment Application No. 261 related to 4 Bruce Avenue.
- Consider a report regarding Erie and Talbot Streetscaping and the proposed design alternatives.
- Consider including funding in the 2023 Budget for the design of the Northeast Truck Sewer proposed along Seacliff Drive, extending from Peter Avenue to Eastside Arterial Road.
- Consider adopting the Active School Travel (AST) Charter for Windsor-Essex County.
- Consider a report regarding the amendment of Fees By-law 68-21.
- Consider a report regarding a by-law to borrow funds for municipal capitol drainage performed on the McCracken Drain for tile improvement.
