Council Considers – September 27, 2022

Leamington Council will hold a hybrid Council meeting on September 27, 2022, at 6:00 PM. Council will: 

• Hold a Public Meeting under the Municipal Act to consider the following matters:
  • Property tax adjustments. 

• Consider the IT Service Delivery Review Final Report. 

• Consider the Development Approval Review Process Current State Report. 

• Consider the Mayor’s Youth Advisory Committee 2022 Annual Report. 

• Consider the Leamington Storm Water Master Drainage Study for the Lebo Creek Watersheds.  

• Consider the proposed Erie Street design alternative as the preferred functional design for reconstruction. 

• Consider entering into a three-year contract for parking lot winter maintenance with Landscape Effects Group. 

• Consider the replacement of the wood privacy fence along the trail near the Nature Fresh Farms Recreation Centre. 

• Consider the Electronic Monitoring of Employees Policy. 

• Consider a report regarding the amendment of the Election Compliance Audit Committee Terms of Reference and the remuneration rate for the Committee Members. 

• Consider a report regarding the amendment of By-law 289-13 to provide procedural rules of conduct of meetings of the municipal council and its committees. 

• Consider a report regarding the amendment of Fees By-law 68-21.
