At the Leamington Council meeting on November 8, 2022, Council: 

  • Held a Public Meeting under the Planning Act and:
    • Approved Zoning By-law Amendment Application No. 265 and Combined Consent Application B-15-16-22 related to the vacant lands on the west side of 731 County Road 37, which changed the zoning from Agricultural General Zone (A1) to Agricultural Residential Zone (A5-40), severed a parcel and created an easement.
    • Deferred Zoning By-law Amendment Application No. 262 related to 117-127 Essex Road 18 to change the zoning from Agricultural Residential (A5) to Agricultural Hobby Farm (A3).
