Leamington’s 2024 Cat Spay and Neuter Voucher Program: Limited Vouchers Still Available

The Municipality of Leamington wishes to remind residents that the 2024 Cat Spay and Neuter Voucher Program, which opened in February this year, still has vouchers available. This initiative is part of the Municipality's efforts to support animal welfare and manage the local cat population effectively.

The remaining vouchers are available for owned and feral cats. The vouchers will be issued on a first-come, first-served basis.

Voucher Details:

• Owned Cats: Vouchers for owned cats are exclusively reserved for low-income families. Applicants will be required to provide documentation confirming household income to qualify.
• Feral Cats: Vouchers for feral cats are available to all Leamington residents without income restrictions.

Each household is eligible to receive one voucher, which must be used by December 31, 2024. Only applicants meeting the established criteria will be contacted and issued a voucher.
