Municipality of Leamington unveils new, personalized online service portal

Today, the Municipality of Leamington has launched MyLeamington, a brand-new web-based experience for residents to find and engage with the municipal information and services that matter to them. By signing into a secure online portal, residents can build and personalize their own unique MyLeamington home page with a customizable set of widgets, each designed to seamlessly integrate with the Municipality’s website (leamington.ca), and provide up-to-date service notices, news, events and opportunities to get involved in the community.

After creating a profile with MyLeamington, users can view information and receive notifications about their specialized municipal interests. Accessible anytime from the comfort of home or on the go, MyLeamington offers a wide suite of services all from one digital dashboard, bringing a fully tailored and unique experience to each individual and family.

“To meet the growing expectation and desire of residents to be able to conduct municipal business online, the Municipality has prioritized the digitization of our services,” said Peter Neufeld, Chief Administrative Officer. “Improvements to our online services will be ongoing as we continue to roll out more online features and e-commerce options for Leamington residents.”

The Municipality will continue to add more widgets as they become available.
