The owner of 1729 Mersea Road 11 is looking to create a surplus dwelling lot from the farm.   The proposed surplus dwelling lot will contain the existing single detached dwelling and 3 outbuildings and will be approximately 0.84 acres in area.  The zoning amendment seeks to change the zoning of the proposed surplus dwelling lot from the Agricultural General (A1) Zone to Agricultural Residential (A5) Zone, as well as change the zoning of the retained farm from A1 to A1-10 to prohibit residential uses.
