Leamington Gospel Hall  is seeking a zoning by-law amendment to change the zoning of the properties located at  4 and 6 Gerrard Street from the Residential R2 Zone to an Institutional (I) Zone which will effectively recognize the existing institutional use of the property, as a church and assembly hall, recognize the location of the existing building and allow a parking lot containing 17 standard and 1 barrier free parking space to be developed. The development of the proposed parking lot is subject to site plan control approval application (SPC/25/16).
