The owner of 116 Mersea Road 8 has submitted the necessary applications to add the west half of the farm lot back to the abutting farm to the immediate west at 760 County Road 31 and create a separate lot for the existing house.  Those lands for the new farm will be rezoned from A3 Agricultural Hobby Farm Zone to A1 Agricultural General Zone and the existing house from A1 Agricultural General Zone to A5 Agricultural Residential Zone.
