Notice of Public Meeting to consider a Consent Application and ZBA No. 272 for 304 Robson Road
Back to SearchLeamington Council will hold a public meeting on June 13, 2023 at 6:00 PM to consider a combined Consent and Zoning By-law Amendment (ZBA) application.
The purpose of Consent B-07-23 and ZBA No. 277 is to sever 0.507 hectares from 304 Robson Road to create a new commercial recreational parcel. ZBA No. 277 seeks to rezone the severed lands from a Commercial Recreation (C5) Zone to a Commercial Recreation (C5(h)) Zone and the retained lands from a Commercial Recreation (C5) Zone to a site-specific Institutional (I-11) Zone to better reflect the use of the property.
