Notice of Public Meeting to Consider an Application for Consent and ZBA – 969 Kent County Road 1

Leamington Council will hold a public meeting on Tuesday, October 11 at 6:00 PM to consider a Zoning By-law Amendment and two Consent Applications for the property located at 969 Kent County Road 1.

The applications seek to create a new farm parcel through a farm split and create a surplus farm parcel from the retained farm parcel. The Zoning By-law Amendment seeks to rezone the surplus dwelling lot to reflect the residential nature of the use and to rezone the retained farm parcel from the surplus farm dwelling consent to prohibit future residential uses and buildings.
