Notice of Public Meeting to Consider Zoning By-law Amendment – 29 Marlborough Street West

Leamington Council will hold a public meeting to consider a Zoning By-law Amendment (ZBA) application on Tuesday, March 22, 2022, at 6:00 PM. 

The applicant is seeking to replace the existing 3-unit dwelling and three parking spaces on the property located at 29 Marlborough Street West, Leamington with a new 3-unit dwelling. The use of the property and the existing 3-unit dwelling are considered to be legal non-conforming. The site plan for the proposed new 3-unit dwelling shows the location of the reconstructed building, four on-site parking spaces and new driveway access to Fox Street. 

The purpose of ZBA No. 248 is to allow a 3-unit dwelling as a permitted use in the Residential (R2) Zone and to establish site-specific provisions, including lot area and frontage, interior and exterior side yards, as well as provide four parking spaces as shown on the site plan dated January 24, 2022. Development of the proposed 3-unit dwelling is subject to Site Plan Control approval.
