Notice of Public Meeting to consider Zoning By-law Amendment No. 238 – Mersea Road and Mersea Road 4
Back to SearchLeamington Council will hold a public meeting on Tuesday, September 13, 2022 at 6:00 PM. The meeting will be streamed live at www.leamington.ca/live.
The purpose of the meeting is to consider a Zoning By-law Amendment for five farm parcels, including 824, 828 and 834 Mersea Road and two farm parcels located on the south side of Mersea Road 4. The application seeks to consolidate the zoning of the five parcels in one site-specific Agricultural General (A1) Zone which incorporates past minor variances and existing greenhouse buildings on the sites.
