Notice of Public Meeting to consider Zoning By-law Amendment No. 270 for 1911 Mersea Road 11.

Leamington Council will hold a public meeting on March 28, 2023 at 6:00 PM to consider a Zoning By-law Amendment (ZBA) application. 

The purpose of ZBA No. 270 is to permit a second dwelling on the property for a temporary basis not to exceed one year while a new single unit detached dwelling is built, in accordance with Section 4.54 of the Leamington Zoning Bylaw 890-09, as amended.
