Day Camp Policies

Drop off and Pick Up

A parent/guardian must escort campers in and out of the LKRC during drop off and pick up. Day campers must be signed in and signed out by our Day Camp Staff at our table located in the lobby. Please coordinate and notify staff if someone else is picking up your camper. To keep everyone safe, you may be asked to show picture ID during pick-up. There will be an $8 late fee applied if your camper is not picked up by 5:00 PM.

Absenteeism

Please call the LKRC if your camper is unable to attend camp. A credit on account will be issued if requested prior to 9:00 AM on the day of absense. Please do not send your child to camp if they are showing signs of illness. If your child is sent home ill, no refund will be provided.

Refunds

Changing plans? Please make a refund request at least 48 hours in advance.  This will allow us to open up a space for another camper.
