Facility rentals are available for sport tournaments, tradeshows, and corporate events.
- Gymnasium - seats approximately 1200 people. Great for tradeshows, tournaments, graduation ceremonies, meetings and special events.
- Leamington Meeting Room - seats approximately 40 people.
- Sherk Auditorium 'A' - seats approximately 50 people.
- Sherk Auditorium 'B' - seats approximately 100 people.
Auditoriums A and B can be rented separately, or as one large room to accommodate 150 people.
- Racquetball and Squash Courts - great for youth and school groups.
- Fitness and Indoor Cycling Studio - exercise and have fun at your next event.

- Rent the ice for a scrimmage hockey game with friends.
- Rent the ice for a family skate gathering.
- Rent the ice for your birthday, youth group or team party.

- Rent the pool for your next birthday party, family function, school/church event, kayak/canoe course or swim meet. Pool rentals include the cost of the appropriate number of lifeguards.

Sport Field Rentals

The Municipality of Leamington is home to several outdoor sports facilities. The Municipality maintains all municipal-owned sports fields and diamonds. All sports field bookings are required in advance. Fields are assigned on a first-come basis. If you are planning a tournament, please provide as much notice as possible to ensure proper bookings and preparing the fields.
Rent a Facility
Baseball Diamonds
- Kinsmen Ball Diamonds - located on Seacliff Drive East is home to eight diamonds, hardball and softball. Washrooms and field lighting are available.
- Mersea Park Ball Diamonds - located on Point Pelee Drive is home to two softball diamonds. Washrooms are available.
Soccer Pitches
- Pure Flavor® Soccer Complex - located on the corner of Mersea Road 2 and Mersea Road 12. There are nine soccer pitches.
Beach Volley Ball Courts
There are several different user groups at these facilities. The facilities can be rented either for the day or for an entire season!

| Facility/Party Rental & Refund Policies |
- Facility/Party rentals are required to be paid in full at the time of booking.
- Full refunds, less an administration fee, will be issued to those cancelling more than 2 weeks before the event.
- A Cancellation Fee of 50% will be applied to all bookings cancelled within 2 weeks of the rental.
- No refunds will be issued for a cancellation on the day of the event or 'no shows'.
- Interest fees of 1.25% apply to all outstanding balances.
