Waterfront Market Plaza Vendor Program – 2026

The Municipality of Leamington is inviting food and beverage vendors to apply to participate in the 2026 Waterfront Market Plaza (WMP) Seasonal Food and Beverage Vendor Program.

Currently under construction and anticipated to open in July 2026, the Waterfront Market Plaza is being developed as a vibrant waterfront destination designed to support community activity, tourism, and local food and beverage entrepreneurs.

The Plaza features fully serviced vendor spaces with access to electrical, water, and natural gas services and is intended to create a vibrant and welcoming visitor experience for residents and visitors alike.

Eligible vendor formats include:

  • Food trucks
  • Food trailers
  • Mobile beverage units
  • Food carts

There are no rental costs associated with participation in the 2026 Waterfront Market Plaza Vendor Program. Applicants are responsible for any costs associated with required documentation and approvals.


Operating Season

Opening Day is in July (date to be determined) to October 12, 2026

Vendor spaces will operate through a flexible seasonal schedule, providing vendors the opportunity to participate throughout the 2026 season based on availability and operational fit.
